2010 AWAY GAME TICKET GUIDELINES

Access to away game tickets is an exciting benefit to members of the Jacksonville Jaguars Booster Club. Our members are not only able to easily purchase away games tickets, but also have the opportunity to sit with other Jaguars fans at the game!  If you are not a member, now is the time to JOIN!

Following are the guidelines established by Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd. and the Jacksonville Jaguars Booster Club for selling our allotment of tickets. These guidelines must be followed in order for us to continue offering these ticket opportunities to our members.  Should you have any questions, please call 721-5530 or e-mail info@jagfan.com.

1. Our agreement with Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd. limits the use of tickets acquired through the JJBC to members of the JJBC only. Your membership dues must be up-to-date on  game day.
    
2. A deposit of $25.00 per ticket is required at the time tickets are reserved. The balance must be paid by Monday, two (2) weeks prior to each game (you will be given the date the balance is due when deposit is paid).  We must have a mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address at this time. We accept cash, checks, money orders or pay-pal. Names will NOT be added to the list until the deposit is received. The deposit is refundable up to three weeks prior to the game. After that point, all money paid will become non-refundable. Your membership dues must be up-to-date on game day. You may join or renew at the time you pay the deposit.
    
3. A “Waiting List” will be started after all 60 tickets have been sold. You must already be a member to be put on this list. When a cancellation occurs, the first person on the waiting list will be contacted and given a short time limit to get their money to the JJBC. When that time limit expires, the next person will be contacted.
    
4. The game tickets will be available for pick-up in the JJBC office after 11:00 AM on the Wednesday prior to that game. Ticket prices range from $30.00 - $90.00 each. There is a $5.00 handling fee charged for each ticket. We have no control over ticket prices or seat location. You will be required to sign for your tickets and show a picture I.D. If someone else is picking up your tickets, you must notify us in writing in advance. If you live out of town or your travel plans  prevent you from picking up your game tickets, you must provide us with a pre-paid FedEx, UPS or US Post Office Express Mail envelope and self-addressed shipping label so that we can ship your tickets to you. Please keep a record of the tracking number so that YOU can track the delivery of the tickets.

PLEASE NOTE:  Since our tickets come out of the allotment provided to the Jaguars by the host team, the host team controls the location of our seats. Our 60 seats are usually all together in a block but this is not guaranteed. Our seats are usually in the stadium’s upper deck or corner and may require walking up many steps. Better seats may be available through the host team, but you will not have the benefit of sitting with other Jaguars Boosters. 

Sometimes we are seated with or near Jaguars staff members and friends or family of the players.
